CUSTOMS

Customs fees are taxes that are sometimes applied to shipments as they pass over a countries border.

Please note that TBP Shop UK Ltd. is not responsible for any customs fees that a parcel may incur when it reaches its destination country.

In addition, as of 1st July 2021, all goods will require a customs declaration when entering the European Union. You are required to pay tax and import duties for customs clearance when exporting goods to and from Europe after Brexit for goods exceeding the value of £135 / 150€.

To check whether customs fees or import duties are payable please check your country's import regulations.

All international orders are sent using the international tracked postage method as we cannot be responsible for orders sent using the untracked methods.

Delivery is estimated 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Europe Shipping Costs:

Delivery is estimated 5-7 working days from dispatch.

Rest of World Shipping Costs:

Royal Mail Rest of World Tracked Service £12.95.

Delivery is estimated 10-14 working days from dispatch.

International Orders

For tracked international orders once your item has left the UK, Royal Mail hand it over to the relevant country's postal authority. They deliver it on Royal Mail's behalf and let them know some of the details of your item's journey.
